Yizzy
Junyi Zhan (artist name "Yizzy") is a sound designer, electronic music producer, and young guqin performer based on the U.S. East Coast. He graduated from Berklee College of Music with a concentration in Electronic Production and Sound Design. His work centers on experimental electronic and Chinese fusion aesthetics, exploring the relationship between traditional timbre, contemporary sound design, and minimal electronic structures. His compositions and sound works have been exhibited at international platforms including the 2023 TIDE London Contemporary Art Exhibition and the 27th International Multimedial Art Festival (IMAF) 2025.

Background
Trained in the Guangling guqin tradition under Tang Naiyang, Yizzy continues to draw
from diverse schools and contemporary practices in performance and sound research.
He has collaborated and shared the stage with artists including Yazhi Guo,
Yimiao Chen, and the Budapest String Orchestra, presenting works across the U.S. East Coast.
